The intimate event, held in December, marked a rare occasion: it was the first time both Shatrughan and Zaheer celebrated their birthdays together. Shatrughan turned 79 on December 9, and Zaheer followed with his 36th birthday on December 10.

Sonakshi Sinha gave fans an inside look at the celebration through a video shared on her YouTube channel, offering a glimpse of the cozy gathering.

Despite the cheerful atmosphere, one thing stood out—the absence of her brothers, Luv and Kush Sinha.
This wasn’t the first time the brothers had skipped a major family event; they were also notably absent from Sonakshi’s wedding celebrations in June 2024.

Earlier Shatrughan addressed his sons’ absence, choosing to respond with understanding. “I won’t complain. They are only humans. They may still not be so mature,” he shared.
He acknowledged that the brothers might be dealing with their own emotions and confusion, something he could relate to from his own experiences.
“Maybe, if I was their age, I might have had a similar reaction,” he said.
